Tool bar

The Tool bar command can be used to either show or hide the tool bar at the top of the Fixed Assets window.

The tool bar provides shortcuts to the following commands:

(From Left to right)

Print Context      Print a report based on the current form window context..

New asset          Add new assets to Fixed Assets.

List assets           List asset details and depreciation figures.

Display Group Depreciation (By Cost Centre)

Asset History       Displays Asset depreciation History

Calculator            Launch Windows Calculator.

Help Contents      Opens the help file contents.
