Administration menu

The Administration menu is used to access the following commands.

Users and Security Set user options and security. (Security Level 10M)

Groupings Maintain groups, branches and departments.(Security Level 4M)

Options Maintain database options.(Security Level 8C)

Calendar Maintain financial periods.(Security Level 10M)

Calendar includes the Year end rollover to roll over the database at the end of a financial year

and Remove history to remove old asset details from the database (if needed)
